HCF360 FACILITY PILOT — EVALUATION CHECKLIST Reference planning material. Schedule and terms must be agreed for the engagement. 1. SCOPE One facility, a representative historical period and a specific operating question. Identify facilities, phases, assets, integrations and reporting obligations in scope. 2. SOURCES Asset register, drawings, tag catalogs, original readings, valid tests, inventories, approved correction methods, allocation rules and relevant agreements. 3. OWNERS Name a domain reviewer, IT owner, operational acceptance owner and escalation contact. Agree support availability and responsibilities. 4. BASELINE Preserve legacy outputs, known exceptions, measurement units and reference conditions. Record current process effort without assuming discrepancies are physical losses. 5. ACCEPTANCE Agree reconciliation tolerances, review unresolved items and preserve source lineage. Test access boundaries, report reproduction, versioning and correction behavior. Review AI data destinations and approval controls before using production data. 6. READINESS Establish backup/restore ownership, operational training and cutover criteria. Retain the existing record during validation and document the expansion decision. 7. ECONOMICS Use agreed baseline and actual pilot evidence. Separate capacity value from cash savings. Validate each operating benefit independently and avoid double counting. Targets such as 3–7 days or over 60% lower services cost are not guarantees.
