The HCF360 experience

Don’t just see the number. See what holds it up.

Explore the decisions behind a production day: where a quantity came from, how it was reconciled, what changed and who must approve it.

Interactive reference scenarios using synthetic data. These educational demonstrations illustrate the workflow; they are not customer results, a live product session or regulatory calculation software.

01 · The digital thread

A volume with a source, a method and a destination.

Move through the five stages. Inventory and allocation differences remain explicit, so traceability does not depend on pretending that every measurement point has the same quantity.

observed bbl

Inspectable source & method

Measure with the working shown.

Retain the original meter quantity, its unit, the measurement time and the source identifier. Observed and corrected quantities remain distinct.

Observed meter quantity = 10,000 bbl

  • Source: synthetic meter MTR-101
  • Period: reference production day
  • Original unit: observed barrels

02 · Engineering judgment

Change an assumption. Inspect the consequence.

Compare proportional and uncertainty-weighted allocation, revise a tract split, or reject a test. Keep the reference baseline visible while exploring a separate scenario.

Branch a scenario

Higher uncertainty gives this estimate a larger share of the reconciliation adjustment in the simplified weighted model.

Tract 2 receives the remainder. This is a configured teaching split, not a recommendation for an ownership agreement.

This browser-only study changes sample calculations. It never writes to an accounting ledger.

Simplified independent-error, uncertainty-weighted reconciliation. Correlation, physical constraints, multi-phase behavior and agreement-specific rules require a scoped engineering model.

03 · AI with an accountable reviewer

Confidence helps prioritize. Evidence authorizes release.

A proposed mapping is a draft. Walk through a source conflict and see the human approval gate before a sample configuration can be marked approved.

01 · Source evidence

A legacy tag, in context.

Tag: SEP_B_GAS
Workbook: Morning_Report.xlsx
Sheet: Test separator
Unit: Mscf/d

P&ID-01 · synthetic source drawing

The drawing identifies SEP_B_GAS as the gas outlet of the test separator.

Synthetic workbook excerpt. The tag’s name alone does not establish whether this is a test or bulk separator.

02 · AI proposal

Surface the ambiguity.

Proposed class: bulk separator gas outlet. The workbook’s sheet title conflicts with the inferred class.

Illustrative confidence · 62%

Review required. A confidence score is a triage signal, not proof of accuracy.

The domain reviewer checks the tag against the source drawing and operator knowledge.

03 · Human release gate

Correct, then approve.

Release remains blocked until the source evidence has been reviewed. This demonstration cannot deploy a live configuration.
